"Pricing wasn’t clear and the verification got annoying"
I was just trying to look around and compare prices, but it wasn’t really clear upfront what things were going to cost. I felt like I had to keep clicking through different pages just to figure out the actual total, which got frustrating fast. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify myself again, and after a while it just felt like a hassle. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t like surprises at checkout, so I ended up giving up.

"Ordering was easy"
I ordered from idealamps.com and it was smooth overall. Took me a little bit to figure out the right bulb type, but once I did, checkout wasnt a hassle at all. The confirmation email came through fast too. Im giving it 4 stars because the site couldve loaded a little quicker...

"I bought this lamp thinking it would brighten..."
I bought this lamp thinking it would brighten up my room, but the light is just too weak. It’s dull, really dull, and it barely lights up the space the way I expected. I keep turning it on hoping it’ll feel brighter, but nope, still dim. Disappointing because I really needed something with more light

"Payment was fine... just a little slow"
I paid for my order on idealamps.com and everything went through okay. Checkout was straightforward, but the confirmation email took a bit longer than I expected... not a huge deal though. Overall, the payment process was good.

"The lamp itself turned out okay..."
The lamp itself turned out okay, and it looks nice now that it’s set up, so I’m not totally unhappy with the purchase.
I did have a question about shipping and emailed support, but it took around 4 days to hear back. When they finally replied, the answer was really brief and didn’t cover everything I asked, so I had to follow up and wait again, which was frustrating.
In the end, the product was fine, but the customer service experience definitely could’ve been better. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again.

"Setting this up was more confusing than..."
Setting this up was more confusing than I expected. It reminded me of when my brother and I tried putting together furniture without clear instructions, lots of second-guessing and checking things over. I eventually got through it, but it definitely wasn’t as easy to install as I hoped.

"Feels a bit pricey for what you get"
It just didn’t feel like great value to me. For the price, I expected maybe 30% more in quality or overall usefulness, but it felt average.

I've been using it pretty much every day, and so far it still works like it should. I can't say for sure how it'll do long term, but at this point it seems to be holding up well.

"Something about it just felt off"
I don’t know, I just couldn’t get myself to trust it. Maybe I’m being picky, but the whole thing gave me that weird feeling like something wasn’t quite right. if I’m already second-guessing it from the start, that’s kind of a problem. I’d rather not have to talk myself into feeling comfortable with something.

"Decent overall, but delivery could’ve been smoother"
I ordered a lamp from idealamps.com and, to be fair, it did arrive in good condition, which was what I was mostly hoping for. That said, I expected the delivery to be a bit more straightforward. It ended up taking a few days longer than I thought, and the tracking barely updated, so I wasn’t really sure when it was going to show up. The lamp itself was packed well and nothing was damaged, so no complaints there. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but based on what I expected, the delivery side could definitely be more reliable.

"Items showed available but weren’t"
I was trying to buy a couple of lamps that showed as available, but once I went to order, they ended up being out of stock. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s frustrating when the site makes it look like you can buy something and then you can’t

"I kind of regret placing this order..."
I kind of regret placing this order. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I was just stuck waiting and wondering where my package was. It ended up being frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Easy enough to figure out"
The site was straightforward to use. I mostly went with the obvious clicks and didn’t have to overthink anything, which is always a good sign. Pages loaded fine, the menus were where I expected them to be, and checkout was quick. A few product details could be a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience...

"Website feels messy and outdated"
Just from looking at the site, it feels outdated and all over the place. The colors don’t really go together, and the product photos and layout don’t make the lamps look modern or appealing. I kept getting lost trying to browse around. The lamps themselves might be totally fine, but whoever runs this really needs to clean up the design because it put me off

"Not much help when things went wrong"
I had a problem with my order from idealamps.com trying to get it sorted was frustrating quickly. I don’t have endless patience for slow back-and-forth emails, especially when it feels like nobody is actually reading what I already explained.

They kept asking me the same things over and over, which just made the whole thing drag on even more. I was waiting around for replies, repeating myself, and still didn’t feel like anyone was taking proper ownership of the issue.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine wasn’t good. When something goes wrong, I expect decent support, and this just felt like a lot of wasted time with no real fix.

"Return was fine, refund was a little slow"
The return itself was easy, no big hassle there, but the refund took longer than I was expecting. I kept checking like, okay, is it coming today or what, and it did eventually show up, just kind of later than I would’ve liked. Overall it was okay, just wish the refund part had been quicker...

"Pretty close to what was shown"
I ordered a lamp from idealamps.com and it was pretty much what I expected from the photos and description. The size and color were close, though the shade looked a little different once I had it in my room.
It works fine and feels fair for the price. I’m kind of tired of having to double-check every little detail online or reach out about stuff like this, so I’ll just say better product photos would’ve helped. Not a bad buy, just not perfect.

"Looks good online, but disappointing in person"
I just got this lamp recently, so maybe I’m still a little annoyed by it, but it looked way better in the photos. In person, it feels kind of cheap, and one of the parts was a bit loose right out of the box. I also noticed a few small marks on the finish, which was frustrating since I expected it to look new. It does turn on and work, so I’m giving it 2 stars, but for the price, I really expected better quality.
